Letter from Dr. Greenfield

We hope this letter finds you and your family safe and well in this most challenging of times. We are unfortunately still awaiting a confirmed announcement of our reopening date from New York State. We would like to share with you some of what we are doing to keep your experience in our office as SAFE and COMFORTABLE as possible.

We have always utilized the HIGHEST standards of sterilization techniques.

With that in mind, we have purchased, among other items:

• An air purification & disinfection system for the ENTIRE office.
• Dental chair-side high speed aerosol protection systems.
• UV lights for the operatory disinfection in-between each patient.
• Sneeze guards for reception and checkout counters.
• Personal use pens, Contactless thermometer, Alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

Our promise to you, as loyal patients and friends, whether in disinfection protocol or delivery of care, is to exceed both the norms and your expectations. We appreciate your patience during this delay and look forward to seeing you as soon as possible.

When we receive notification from New York State of an opening date, we will contact you regarding the additional new safety features and protocols for your next visit.
